A low energy consumptionhigh rise building
1) My project will be a low energy consumption high rise mix used building
2) My project will be about to create a mix used high rise building in a high density urban area, by using efficiently designed mechanical system, passive strategy, operatable façade system, self support energy production system and etc to build a low energy consumption high rise for energy concerned people.
3) My project will be developed because high rise buildings use huge energy every year and these buildings affect the urban environment a lot. This project will combine all sustainable and ecological strategies as well as innovating technology to make the building self support and reduce the harmful affection to the environment to the limit.
4) goals :
this idea is important because the building could reduce greenhouse-gas emissions attributed to surroundings to limit.
this project will reduce the consumption of energy and waste of construction material
this project will be successful by supplying from on-site generation is equal to (or greater than) the facility's demand.
5) goal:
To maintain relevance in a changing global economy

1 combine sustainable strategies and carefully designed mechanical system.
